Our hair in the summer gets pretty rough. Just like the sun damages your skin in the summer sun, it can damage your hair, too, so don’t forget to care about your hair in summer. Normal hair that isn’t colored will suffer from sun-induced stress also.

The sun’s UV rays dry out your hair and rough up the normally smooth cuticle, or outer layer, of the hair shaft. When summer comes, It’s time to switch your beauty routine for the sweaty season.

The tips are below-

1. Rinse well

It is a very important formula or tip for your summer days about your hair care.

A power-packed final rinse is a simple way to give your hair a shiny and glossy look.

If you want to do this, mix one cup of cold water with 4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar into it. Once you’ve finished your shampooing, pour the mixture over the lengths of your hair.

Let it stay for a few minutes and then pat your hair dry with a heated towel. Along with balancing the pH level of the scalp, apple cider vinegar is an ideal strong formula. However, you can also try using the prickly pear seed oil and experience smooth, shiny, glossy hair forever upon regular usage.

2. Get expert help

When you have doubts about your summer hair care tips, trust the experts. They definitely give you the best solution for your hair. So this tip is very important about your shiny hair.

3. Get fruity

Fruit is the most healthy item for our health and hair we all know. Our parents always told us to eat fruits and veggies more and more. This is also good for our hair.

Fruits like oranges, apples, plums, guavas, papayas, and berries are jam-packed with Vitamins A, B, and C. These are the very important vitamins for our health care and hair also.

This cocktail of vitamins improves our hair growth and makes it glossy. Apply this formula and make your hair healthy from the inside and glossy from the outside.

4. Scrub away

If you don’t know why your hair looks dull, one of the major causes could be dandruff. To get rid of this, there are many ways and one of them is to add a scalp scrub to your hair care routine.

To make homemade scrub at home, mix 3 tablespoons of salt with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Mix it well and gently rub it into your scalp using the salt granules to exfoliate it.

Allow the mixture to stay on your hair for 30 minutes and when washing away with shampoo, cleanse until the salt dissolves. The coconut oil has a very strong moisturizing formula.

While the coconut oil moisturizes the hair, the salt removes dandruff from your scalp and leaves it completely cleansed. That’s all you need to remove dullness and dandruff-free hair from the root and get wonderfully shiny hair.

5. Slip-on a mask

When your hair is rough, it’s a clear sign of being undernourished and damaged. Therefore, the simplest beauty tip is to turn your hair into glossy, nourishing hair, you have to apply a hair mask for it.

To make a homemade mask combine 2 eggs with 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Blend it together. Apply the mixture for some time, massage the hair, and apply properly over the entire length of your hair. Let the mask stay on your hair for 40 to 50 minutes and then wash it off with warm water.

The egg is very powerful for your hair growth and naturally lends shine to your hair and when combined with nourishing olive oil and moisturizing honey, that effect is doubled.

6. Properly Use Styling Tools

Hairstyling tools like blow dryers, straighteners might be a girl’s favorite thing to use every day in a week. These tools help us to style our hair. But these hair styling tools damage your hair too.

Apply good professional hair serum before using hair tools. Don’t use these hair tools, if your hair is dirty. Keep the heat of the tools low, basically don’t do more heat at the straightener. Avoid too much usage of these hairstyle tools.

7. Always condition your hair

A conditioner carries moisture and restores shine to your hair. Choose a good conditioner that leaves your hair soft and silk. Good conditioner calms frizz, adds shine, and makes your hair smooth.

After shampooing your hair, apply your conditioner to the last length up to the tips of your hair, put it on for two to three minutes, and rinse thoroughly with warm water. In case you need professional assistance, you can always take the help of hair salon Paddington, who’ll offer you excellent hair care services at the most reasonable charges.
